How to share documents from the timeline
The Shared Documents section appears on the right side of the Folio timeline, located below the Resources section.
You can add documents to the timeline in two ways, after clicking + Add documents:
Select from your existing Smart Folder documents list
Upload directly from your computer
Please note that we allow up to 25MB uploads for the following file formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, JPG, and PNG. File size limit is 25MB.
Sharing documents via the Chrome extension for Gmail
Within the Chrome extension for Gmail, you’ll find the same Shared documents block in the timeline tab, functioning just as it does in the web app.
Managing access to the documents
Like timeline events, you can manage who can view and contribute to the documents list, ensuring smooth team collaboration. Timeline editors can add documents, while viewers can only preview or download.
