This article is for Gmail users who have the Chrome extension installed.

In a Folio Smart Folder, you’ll be able to see a list of all of the files and attachments that are part of emails in the folder. The files are ordered newest to oldest. Clicking on a file opens the email it is associated with, so you always have the context for the file.

If you enable our Google Drive integration, which automatically uploads your email attachments into Drive, clicking on the file in the sidebar's documents tab will open the file in Drive.

Please note: if you manually add an email with attachments to a Smart Folder, the attachments will not sync with the Smart Folder.
