When a Smart Folder is created, you'll be able to access it in multiple ways.

Inside Gmail

If you have the Gmail Chrome Extension installed, you'll be able to click into the Smart Folder from the Folio menu button. The button will be located beneath your Gmail toolbar.

When you click into the folder, or an email associated with the Smart Folder, you'll see all of the critical information available in the Folio sidebar, where you can add notes, find documents associated with the transaction, or keep a record of the folks involved.

If you don't use our Chrome extension, you'll still see our folders listed in your left sidebar, alongside your other Gmail labels.

On the website

You can access everything by visiting Folio on the web. You get access to the same great information, neatly compiled into a single view. Your folder list is also available when you open amitree.com on your mobile browser.
