If there are specific people you're always sharing transactions with, you can set them up as collaborators in Folio to make this work better.

You can add someone as a suggestion -- this means they show up as a suggestion when sharing a timeline, making it easier to add them to the right transaction.
You can add someone to automatically receive any transactions you create. This option is best for teams who collaborate on every transaction. From your collaborator's settings page, they can choose to automatically add shared timelines to their account.
When you add someone as a collaborator, this does not automatically add you to that person's personal list of collaborators. If they have a Folio account and want to add you as a collaborator, they should follow these same steps.
