If your client wants to add the timeline events to their calendar, they can click on the calendar icon next to each event and add the event to Google Calendar, iCal, or Outlook Calendar.

Please note: the calendar event will not automatically be updated if you update the event in the Folio timeline. The calendar icon is only visible to clients, so you won't see this option if you have a Folio account.

Timeline events will not automatically sync to your client's calendar. We can only sync to a person's calendar if they have a Folio account. If they don't have a Folio account, we don't have permission to create events on their calendar.

We do not recommend that clients set up their own Folio accounts. Folio accounts are only intended for real estate professionals.
