When you create a Smart Folder, we help organize your emails into the folder. If those emails contain any attachments, the attachments are also organized in the folder.
When you share your Smart Folder with someone else, you are not sharing any of the emails or files that are in the folder. You are only sharing the folder’s timeline with them. And if the person has a Folio account and accepts your invitation, we will create a Smart Folder in their account, so they can organize the emails and files that are in their own inbox.
