In Chrome, when using Gmail
To add a Smart Folder on your own:
- Click on the "Folio" button under the Gmail search bar.
- Click "Add a Smart Folder."
- Select which side of the deal you represent.
- Add your client's email address if there is no relevant property yet.
- A property address or email is required before you can continue.
- If the transaction is not yet under contract, uncheck the Under Contract checkbox.
- Complete your set up by identifying your Buyer/Seller (if not done before).
- Select a timeline template and add your Key dates or Continue to timeline.
Folio will then start to automatically add emails related to your smart folder.
Outlook and web/mobile
To manually create a new smart folder:
- Visit amitree.com/folio or amitree.com and sign in
- Click "Add a Smart Folder."
- Select which side of the deal you represent.
- Add your client's email address if there is no relevant property yet.
- A property address or email is required before you can continue.
- If the transaction is not yet under contract, uncheck the Under Contract checkbox.
- Complete your set up by identifying your Buyer/Seller (if not done before).
- Select a timeline template and add your Key dates or Continue to timeline.
