When you confirm or add a new client, Folio creates a Smart Folder. You can do this by approving a folder that is suggested by Folio's algorithm, or by manually creating your own.
What is inside a Smart Folder?
Well, it's pretty smart. When one is created, it will automatically know which emails, files, and contacts belong to each client folder and organizes them in one place so they're easy to find.
