Why do I have more than one smart folder for the same client?
Folio is conservative and will suggest a new smart folder for what it thinks is important.
Duplicate folders usually happen if the property address is referenced in different ways in your emails (i.e. address spelling variations, or the presence of a unit number). The other common situation is if there is a pre-contract folder suggestion and an under-contract folder suggestion; Folio may not initially understand they are both associated with the same client.
How do I combine multiple folders?
The easiest way to "combine" smart folders is by moving all of the relevant emails to one smart folder and deleting the duplicate smart folders.
- Move emails into a Smart Folder
- Archive or delete Smart Folders
- Office 365 users need to add the relevant category tag to the emails they want to appear in the new folder.
