Move an email into a Smart Folder
Folio uses AI to add relevant emails into your Smart Folders. If you want to add an email that was not automatically added into a Smart Folder, you can manually add it as follows:
- Drag and drop - you can click on the email in your inbox and drag it to the desired Smart Folder on the left-hand side in Gmail or Office 365.
- Assign a label - In Gmail, you can assign a label to the email. The label will add that email into the corresponding Smart Folder. Make sure the label name starts with "Folio/..."
In Office 365, you can assign a category to the email. The category will add that email into the corresponding Smart Folder. Make sure the category name starts with "Folio/..."
Folio is only available on Office 365 for our Real Estate customers.
