How to update your payment method
- Sign into your account
- Click on the Account tab
- In the Payment Method section, click “Edit Payment Info”
- Update your credit card information
Unable to make a payment
- If you have previously added a card, the default payment option may be set to an old card. We can help sort it out; let us know which card should be used (last four digits and expiration date).
- Has your billing zip code changed? Update your zip code by adding your credit card info and including your new zip code.

Important note: We will never take your credit card information via web chat, email, or phone. Everything billing-related is managed through your account tab.
