If your client wants to add the timeline events to their calendar, they can click on the calendar icon next to each event.
We also recommend setting up email reminders on the timeline events. Learn more about this here: Receive reminders about timeline items
Please note: the calendar event will not automatically be updated if you update the event in the Folio timeline. The calendar icon is only visible to clients, so you won't see this option if you have a Folio account.
Can my timeline automatically sync to my client's calendar?
Timeline events will not automatically sync to your client's calendar. We can only sync to a person's calendar if they have a Folio account. If they don't have a Folio account, we don't have permission to create events on their calendar.
We do not recommend that clients set up their own Folio accounts. Folio accounts are only intended for real estate professionals.
