How to update your payment method
Click on the Account tab
In the Payment Method section, click “Edit Payment Info”
Update your credit card information
Unable to make a payment
If you have previously added a card, we may have multiple cards on file for you, and the default is set to an old card. Please let us know which card should be used (last four digits and expiration date).
Has your billing zip code changed? Update your zip code by adding your credit card information from your account page and including your new zip code.

Important note: We will never take your full credit card number and information via web chat, email, or phone. Everything billing-related is managed through your account tab.
