So what's a smart folder?

As you probably know by now, you can add your important clients to Folio. You can do this by approving them, when suggested by Folio's algorithm, or by manually creating your own. When you approve or add a new client, Folio creates a smart folder.

What is inside a smart folder?

Well, it's pretty smart. When one is created it will automatically know which emails, files, and contacts belong to each transaction and organizes them in one place so they're easy to find. 

It enables the creation of a beautiful timeline to keep track of all your important dates. Best of all, you can share it with anyone.
